WebMedley takes district Gold Addy with Calipari video

After winning 9 ADDY Awards at the 2011 Lexington Advertising Club Gala, WebMedley takes District Gold in their interactive media production of “The Making of the Maker’s Mark Calipari Bottle.”

The American Advertising Federation (AAF) holds an advertising competition. This competition offers businesses the opportunity and challenge to compete in the advertising industry. WebMedley has achieved winning at the local and district levels. The firm will now move on to compete at the National Competition on June 4, 2011 at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront Hotel.

John Calipari, University of Kentucky men’s basketball coach says, “We’ve been fortunate enough to work with WebMedley for the past year and a half and they have helped take and all of our social media efforts to the next level. The work done on ‘The Making of the Calipari Bottle’ is just one example of the tremendous creativity and vision WebMedley gives us. We pride ourselves in being the gold standard for college basketball and WebMedley is the gold standard in their field.”

In the spring of 2010 WebMedley produced a video- “The Making Of The Calipari Bottle” for John Calipari, The video takes you on a four-minute tour to Loretto, Ky and gives viewers a behind the scenes look at the Limited Edition Calipari Makers Mark Bottle. Maker’s Mark produced 24,000 numbered limited edition bottles honoring Calipari. A portion of the proceeds went to the Calipari Family Foundation for Children.
