Do I need to use your content management system?

No. You can use almost any content management system (or none). We provide Windows and Linux hosting so you can use our system, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, PHPNuke, and so on.

Do I need a credit card or can I be billed?

We will accommodate your needs. We can set up payment via credit card or we can mail you a traditional invoice.

What if I already have a domain name?

You can still use your existing domain name with WebMedley. You can either choose to maintain it yourself, or you can transfer it to our registrar and let us take care of all the details. There is a one-time $15 transfer charge and each year after that there is a $20 charge to renew the domain name.

What happens if we need to upgrade our package?

Upgrading your package is as simple as an email or phone call to our support team. There is no set up fee for a package upgrade. We will simply adjust your invoice or bill to reflect your new package rate and you will be able to enjoy the new features of your upgrade right away.

What if we want a feature from another package?

WebMedley is designed to be flexible enough to meet your specific needs. Each of our tools and modules not already included in your package can be added separately to allow you to truly customize your package to fit your situation.
